We are a fairly large young family looking for a croft to sub-let.
Financially we can either buy a croft tenancy and have no business start up capital or sub-let a croft and get a business going
Not both 
Business plan drawn up and appears to be viable, couple of retailers keen to purchase product currently not island produced. Would be looking for 25 acres ish to run business and produce enough livestock/feed for family consumption. Run down although not completely uninhabitable property on or near croft land would be ideal! Happy to be quite remote.
Anyone got or know of such a property?
