The Jarl's squad, led by Eshaness man Brydon Anderson, is now putting the final touches to their suits for this years' Northmavine Up Helly Aa on Friday 19th February.
During the day, folk can view the galley and the proclamation in the car park at The Booth in Hillswick. The procession takes place at 8pm from the Hillswick hall and, as usual, the galley will be sent off to Valhalla in true viking style on the water at Urafirth.
After the procession, the Hillswick, Sullom and North Roe & Lochend halls will be open for folk to watch the acts by the guizers. Tickets will be on sale at the respective halls on Sunday 7th February from 12 - 3pm.
