I've not had it, but I believe some folk have had the 'Too many connections' error message on the forum. This isn't directly to do with us or the traffic on our forum, but to do with general traffic on the Proboards servers.
From Proboards Support -
"Too Many Connections, also known as TMC, is caused when a server becomes a little overloaded. It's nothing bad; just the server trying to protect itself against a crash. When this happens, please do not keep refreshing your page, as this adds additional stress to the server, and forces the TMC page to keep displaying.
If you can manage to get to your site, or have contacts for your members, you can let them know about the TMC, and warn them not to refresh all the time. In this way, you can do your own little bit to bring the server back to normal."
It also says that should TMC be experienced for 2-3 days consistantly, then Malcolm should post in the Support board to tell them - giving the forum URL. ProBoards admins will then monitor the situation, and if overload is deemed the cause, they will "load balance", shifting forums from one server to another to bring the TMC under control.

Has everyone managed to get logged back in yet ?
Pro boards said that If you dont continually try to get logged in (ie wait ten minutes) all should work again.

RE CC message from Craig on pro boards
Ask her to try a clean refresh of the page. So when on the forum, and seeing the TMC page, hold down 'CTRL' on her keyboard and press F5
