avian flu - well another load of paperwork flew in yesterday asking me and anyone who lived in my house if they wanted a free flu jab because of the avian flu problem. This is because mg and myself are considered to be poultry workers ( ) and are identified as being at great risk of contracting the avian flu. They must think that Bernard Matthews has shares in my 40 chucks! I hate needles so I have declined their most gracious offer............

Working for Bernard Matthews isnt a job to be sniffed at ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D No indeed, Mally. A job with the man would be a feather in the cap that's for sure and something to crow about. I've heard though that if you don't pull your weight you get a right roasting!!!!

Oh dear - that's a shady looking turkey!!!! What did you end up having for Christmas dinner???.............................
You see, everybody thinks that because a turkey's brain is only the size of its eye that it is a stupid bird. This photo proves that it is probably one of the smartest birds ever. He looks a really "switched on" turkey and given his "current" situation (who would think of looking for a missing turkey under a lampshade!!!) he's smarter than the average bird. Fantastic! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
