No sign of daffs yet, but bluebells, crocuses and some tulips are pushing through. One advantage of getting older I suppose is that Spring will arrive at alarming speed

I brought these two Pieris shrubs home to shetland, i've put them in pots, so i can take them inside if the weather turns really nasty.. one of Brambles flowers, i think its a camelia..

I love the smell of Honeysuckle, the flowers have all gone on the one I have in my garden.

Yes, I love honeysuckle too - it is lovely and fragrant on a warm evening but we've not had many of those!

Here is my poinsettia. I have had it for three weeks now and it hasn't lost one leaf yet!! Now watch it will drop every one today!

I hope so too George. Every night I put in next to the sink filled with hot water and let it breath in the warm damp atmosphere - they like that apparently. Plus I didn't buy one all wrapped up in a plastic sleeve because apparently the leaves give off gas which get trapped in the sleeve which poisons the plant making it drop the leaves almost immediately. But will you look at these!! Snowdrops in Haulfre Park on the Great Orme today - nearly finished. Mine aren't anywhere to be seen yet! Then another plant in flower! It's a tropical paradise in Llandudno!

I only found your lovely flowers when i was going to post an image of Daffodils Benji.. Your flowers are stunning, and the last one of the Palm tree is amazing.. kind'a makes mine ordinary, but it did take my eye when i was at Sandgarth today..
