I was ment to go to Sandgarth today, but had to go to Brae village for shopping, on the way i took the laxobiggin rd.. stopped at the cemetery first, then onward, then i spotted what i first thought was a sheep sitting down on the moor, so oot came the binoculars, then i realised it was a mountain hare. so took a few photos of it, then it bolted.. got my messages and went to Sullom, two mallards and two collared doves later, then it was off home. a nice day oot but very cold.. The hare. Kicking up the water. then off to Sullom. Mallards. Collared doves. The plantation. Solarized. Firs.

Thanks Maree.. I love the new camera and my new lens, but they are very heavy for hand-held shots, and 99 percent of my shots are wildlife, so the wee critters don't hang about for tripods. lol
